| preparation | 7.5g m-carboxyphenylboronic acid (45.2mmol) is added to 25mL of concentrated sulfuric acid, 25mL of hair fuming nitric acid is added in a fast stirring state, and cooled in an ice water bath. Stir the reaction for 15min, then remove the ice water bath, and continue the reaction for 15min. The reaction liquid was poured into ice water, precipitated, filtered, washed five times and recrystallized with water to obtain 6.01g of white solid 3-carboxyl -5-nitrophenylboric acid with 63.0% yield. |
